Bulk SMS is a postpaid service that allows content providers and companies to send out bulk messages to both on-net and off-net MSISDN’s. MTN provides these enterprises with an SMSC channel to push both Applications to Person or Person-to-Person messages.

USSD service allows customers to access a mobile service through a shortcode e.g. (*111#). Used especially by banks and other enterprises for service provision.
