The call waiting service indicates when there is a second call coming through, simultaneously, whilst you are already on a first call. This is via a characteristic tone and note displayed on your mobile phone screen. You may answer the second line without dropping the first one. However, you may not divert calls to an international number. Call divert is useful in cases such as your mobile being busy, unreachable or not answering.
