The service offers subscribers the opportunity to make payments for numerous services including online shopping, Insurance premium, restaurants services (with delivery), ticket purchases and payment for general goods and services. Subscribers can pay via their MM wallet and non-Subscribers can pay at any MTN Service Centerwith either the company code or Invoice number.Subscribers can pay via their MM wallet by following the procedure below:

On the Phone

1. Go to MobileMoney
2. Go to Pay Bill
3. Select General Payment
4. Under Payment code, enter the following for invoice and company code respectively;
• INV (one space) and invoice number e.g. INV 200006784 (9 digit)
• Company code e.g. SRS, FLP, DEELS, etc
5. Enter your MM PIN and verify the amount on the invoice or Company details on the screen (phone)
6. Click Pay now
7. Enter a suitable Reference (eg. A. Owusu)
8. Enter amount (in the case of Company code)
9. Confirm payment details
10. Enter your MM PIN

You will receive an sms as confirmation for a successful Payment.

NB: Both the company code and invoice number used in making payments will be provided by the companies signed onto the General Payment service.  
Delivery service is available for online shopping.
